Terms of Service

By using the BMPD Systems Bot or website, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Roblox and Discord rules. If you do not agree, do not use the verification or staff services.

BMPD is an online roleplay community, not a real-world police department or emergency service. Nothing on this website should be used to request emergency assistance. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

You may link only accounts you own or are authorised to use. Standard verification uses Roblox OAuth. Authorised staff may force-verify an account for administrative purposes; this bypasses normal ownership proof and must be used responsibly. False information, impersonation or attempts to link another person’s account are prohibited.

Discord roles, nicknames and website permissions are assigned according to configured BMPD rules and available Roblox information. A role or dashboard permission does not create employment, ownership or a permanent entitlement. Access may be changed or withdrawn by authorised administration.

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, permissions or rate limits.
• Do not interfere with the bot, website, Discord server, Roblox group or other users.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or confidential material in personnel notes.
• Do not use staff commands without authorisation or for a purpose unrelated to BMPD operations.
• Do not probe, copy or distribute credentials, session cookies or private backup data.

Authorised staff are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of promotions, notices, demotions, assignments and notes they submit. These records are operational community records and may be visible to other authorised staff or posted to configured Discord channels.

The service depends on Roblox, Discord, Render and MEGA. Features may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate when those services fail or change. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or administrative reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of every record.

We may restrict verification, commands or website access when these terms, platform rules or community policies are violated. Serious abuse may also be reported to the relevant platform.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis for community administration. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BMPD administration is not responsible for indirect loss caused by outages, incorrect role assignments, third-party platform changes or unauthorised use of an account.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions should be directed to BMPD administration through the official Belmont community Discord server.
